We've seen what happens when a Trump figure is elected in the UK: there are no real checks and balances. Once an electoral majority was achieved, anything is possible, including a bill to specifically authorize law enforcement to commit crimes. On the other hand, Biden has come out backing Ireland. Which is good for sanity and bad for Johnson. |
