It's coming and going. I've never thought a CPU release generates this much interest and crashes a site.

Maybe making single page version would mean less requests to server? Nah, that would lower ad impressions too much, better to not serve content.

They do, for subscribers. Single-page and ad-free.

Joining Phoronix Premium allows ad-free, single page viewing.

But, no, single page version wouldn't help all that much due to each graph being served dynamically and thus would loading single page version would be making even more requests at once for serving up the SVG/PNG graphs, etc.

Should be fixed now... Initial rush of traffic caused some issues but is running steady now.
