We're looking for a well rounded web designer with mid/senior experience level. UX Design and Visual Design dual role: * Bohemian Sketch experience preferred. Photoshop/Illustrator works too. * Experience designing web applications. * Mobile design experience a plus but not required.
Bonus: * Freelance experience: delivered projects, managed budget/estimate, worked with non-technical clients (most important) * Self-sufficient (can get stuff done with Trello tasks, can make decisions) * Good communicator. Makes deadlines and estimates, raises concerns. * Passionate, self-driven learner waiting for the opportunity to build something new and cool.
