They were submitted by multiple accounts that have since been deleted by the admins.
If there is a way to see HN submissions that have been deleted it's very, very easy to see.
EDIT: LOL it has since been changed to both Flagged and Dead since I have commented. It was not that way 3 minutes ago. C'mon guys...Dead can only be set by admins. Comments @dang ?
The funniest part is everyone complains about Twitter and Facebook “censoring” content, but they have no problem with this site “censoring” users/content.
