The enforcement is a joke, diesel cars pass without catalytic comverter without any problems.
For diesels they measure only the "smoke"(dumingumas) level at high RPM, so cars that are constantly spewing black smoke still barely pass.
The amount of Audi 80 is decreasing and being replaced by golf mk4 as "bottom" tier cars. |
