I'm glad svelte 3 is adding the basic features of sapper. Although sapper was great, it will be even simpler to use without it.

The lack of a good router and SSR was what sapper added to svelte.

Yeah I think so too. It'll be a lot simpler to refer to all of it as "Svelte" instead of having a separate framework or package.
