Worst case/as simple as possible scenario, save that file to a USB drive, buy an MP3 player (for example: https://www.amazon.com/Pyle-Surround-Rechargeable-Auto-Tunin... ), tell them to plug the USB drive into the gadget, and hit play. Would that work?
