This is very common behavior in testosterone driven work cultures like securities trading and such (Read "Liar's Poker" by Michael Lewis for an idea). It's unfortunate but the only thing guys like that will respect is you standing up for yourself. You don't have to stoop to his level but I'd just be very direct and call him out every time he tries pulling any BS. |
