A former job of mine forced candidates to fill out a form for one of those abominable HR candidate tracking sites, maybe ICIMS, and I saw the following gem from one applicant: Q: "One of CompanyCo's core values is Openness. How have you demonstrated openness in your career?" A: "I am open about my contempt for bullshit questions like this one." |
