It wouldn’t be a black swan event, it would simply be a variable that got re-toggled on. As in, there was a large black turn out for Obama, and there wasn’t for Hilary. What if we turned that variable back on to true for Biden? That’s about all the rocket science involved. We’ve seen that variable before. |
