I've known people who set up IFTTT and Zapier for production without too much trouble.

"No code" doesn't mean "no logic". It's just a different UI for writing code, specifically one that is accessible to people who don't know how to write code.

If there were no value in that, we wouldn't see widespread use of things like Zapier or Tableau.
