Goldman Sachs 1MDB? Or what else could have reached this level of payout (Whistleblower awards can range from 10 percent to 30 percent of the money collected when the monetary sanctions exceed $1 million.)
If there’s another event that could have generated this payout it would interesting to learn what it is. Does anyone have a sense of the timing of payouts relative to the timing of enforcement actions? Obviously not before the settlement has been received, but what’s the general lag after that?
Probably another Wells Fargo. I have a hearing on Nov 3 at 11am in Dallas County Iowa for the State Auditor to produce Wells Fargo loans used to cover up losses by State owned corporations.
