Have you ever tried to get a complex set of addons and apps installed on a Splunk cloud instance? I mean it'll get done but it can be painful.

Maybe it's the support package we have but 48hrs to respond from time of ticket is normal for me.

Yeah, I really should not have put Splunk in this list because it shows perils of trying to make on-premise software run in cloud vs. SaaS-first mindset.
