Recent versions of Edge are based on Blink (a fork of webkit) and V8. It should have debugger built-in. Have you tried a recent version of Edge?

No, I haven't. Thanks for the tip! I'm hoping for something that would mimic Safari, as Apple has made things really difficult for non-mac devs.
