Well, obviously it's superior if you have an executive summary. This thread's context is: * CA * Many pages of disclosures * A recommendation to use C-f in an electronic copy to find the right things That's not going to work. In CA, for instance, you'll receive a disclosure telling you about leaking tanks on your neighbour's property and so on for a mile or so. And no one, literally no one will provide you with an executive summary that they'll stand by. But you know what? It doesn't matter. It's your house. Read what you want. C-f if you want. |
