It's not a nice house :| and the location is quite coldish year round, so I wouldn't say it's a great location either.

I guess it depends on people, I need warmth. I want to be able to wear shorts and flip flops more than 1 day a year.

I think the Marina is considered desirable by the real estate market in general.

Definitely is a nice district, but I wouldn't live there.
