Surprisingly undermentioned and underrated: An ability for (which primarily derives from an actual interest in) actually solving -- as opposed to masking / deflecting / re-routing / siloizing -- so-called "communication issues" within and across teams. Essentially a subset of "being a crap shield" as another commenter mentioned. |
