The stuff I see coming out of MITRE for cyber security... is that a place anyone who could work at a Valley startup, would actually want to work at?

My Dad worked at MITRE to take a break from the long hours at startups. 9-5 hours, working on cool stuff, and the actual cash pay was in the same ballpark (obviously no equity though).
