What’s the RAM on the phone I tried looking at the tech specs page but I can’t seem to find it. Is it still 2GB?

Apple doesn't disclose RAM in their devices; sometimes they show up in Xcode builds though. There's a new beta out today so this might come out soon.

Usually this only comes out when benchmarking software can be run on the phones. Apple doesn't disclose it.
