I've worked from home for 6+ years now. The transition is tough. It's even tougher when everybody else around you is dealing with the exact same transition. Even though, I've developed some good routines for myself, they've been extremely hard to follow during the pandemic. In short, it's hard to draw a conclusion on such short time horizons - especially when "normal" is drastically different right now. |
