I immediately delete + unsubscribe & sometimes report as spam any onboarding emails I get. If your product is so difficult to use that you have to keep giving me hints every week you have a problem. I don't mind being auto subscribed if the only emails I get are major updates on the product itself, as long as these are not a weekly thing. |
