Hello hackers, here is the context around my question. A cloud provider want to integrate my service (which I already sell as a SAAS product with my own brand) and sell it to its customer under the name (product by 'Cloud Provider' powered by 'my company'). The deal is I would get a certain percentage over the price of the server usage of the customer using my service. How can I know if the margin (percentage) is good enough and how can I protect myself from not enough promoting my company ? What I don't mention here is that no matter the margin, it gives me a lot exposure and make my company integrate a awesome ecosystem that will also allow me to make deal with companies I couldn't have reached otherwise, so I will do it anyway. But I'd like advices from people who may have already done such a deal to know how I can get the most of it. Thank you all for reading ! |
