Considering what the central government said back in 2017[1]
>"There is no fundamental right to privacy and even if it is assumed as a fundamental right, it is multifaceted. Every facet can’t be ipso facto considered a fundamental right." This doesn't sound like a good idea to give the control of an app store to the government.
