It feels like a bit of a false dichotomy to me. I love watching old shows and movies, including Mulholland Drive which I've seen a dozen times. But I also enjoy new things. Isn't that normal? Now, that said I haven't gone to see a summer blockbuster in a decade. I don't like Marvel movies or Star wars sequels. There was only one good star wars movie in the original trilogy anyway. |
