That is fair! I guess there must be some stickiness although I kinda get the feeling that some of that stickiness was from when it was more complicated to find times and book? What is the discount for those flyers still - one free round trip for every ten flights? That 10% is still pretty small difference compared to how much you/the company would save switching airlines or skimping $15 a day on per diem. |
