Hi! Thanks for the question. I haven’t written anything, or really thought this far ahead yet. But $4/pound is close to what they sell greenhouse grown tomatoes for, and their yield/sqft is likely similar to what I could get. I do not suspect that the greenhouse will be located in wine country, as land is too expensive there. |
