It would be movie material if the illness was faked to plan reappearing in 2 weeks as the indestructible leader. Overcoming a major obstacle is a huge comeback material which translates into votes. Not a fake, but in 1995 Spanish candidate Aznar had a terrorist attack during the election campaign were he was pictured without a scratch next to his bombed car. The comeback was so big he won the election. |
