Socially conservative but fiscally liberal is much of the republican party of the USA. Fiscal liberalism is free market capitalism, and socially conservative is like religion or nationalistic preservationism or whatever. Or are you thinking of the weird America centric definition of liberal that means vaguely "aligned with the democratic party". |
