We just did a soft launch of crayika.com, to help small & medium sized cos who don't have a dedicated "buyer" role but use a lot of SaaS tools. We have a few customers, mostly referrals so far.

Nice job. What's your commission structure like?

Thanks. We take a percentage of the savings delivered, calculated on a sliding scale. If for example we're negotiating a contract worth 25k, the percentage is lower compared to say a contract worth 10k.

someone should do the other side. employee hires them to do the negotiation for them and gives them a cut
