Assuming several subtitles in different languages, will the viewer be able to select a language? Or ideally even preselect one based on the location?

When uploading a new video you can select the language the video is in, to have the best accuracy possible. At the moment we support 20+ languages, but some are still in beta (aka, not the best accuracy).
