These results make sense since HCQ is a drug normally used in auto immune situations to keep your immune system from acting up, therefore this drug would probably effectively keep people’s immune system in check, and keep Covid from becoming something that triggers an overactive immune response that ends up killing you. TLDR results, reduces regular hospitalized patients from entering the ICU by about 50 percent, but once in ICU, treatment is not effective at all. |
