> I'm a very enthusiastic engineer and love bouncing ideas off others, whether they are in sales, marketing, or other engineers. Remote has made "connecting" much less natural and makes it difficult to progress in my career. What's your strategy to counteract this if the people who you enjoy bouncing ideas off of prefer to and/or end up all staying remote? |
