How to Get Private Funding

How do I get funding to develop an idea that will close one of the many ethical gaps in the auto industry. I dont know where to go since its pretty much like trying to certify snake oil, except that in trying to create a system that certifies "snake oil" installation

You need to read some articles on fundraising. It’s nearly impossible to raise money for an idea, especially one that you’re not explaining well at all.
