Y’all can’t even imagine how bad healthcare IT is. Multiply all these problems by the cost of human life. If you think you’re frustrated imagine a heart surgeon trying to access a patients file but their password keeps getting rejected. Or they were forced to change their password monthly for sECurItY and theY can’t remember it. And the reset process involves calling the Hospitals IT Helpdesk |
