It’s quantity * quality. If you use one piece of software that works 99% of the time it’s great. But if you use 1000 programs a day that work 99% of the time then 10 of your programs are broken all the time. We need to figure out how to increase quality and reliability somehow or it’s just going to keep getting worse. |
