Great points -- I've got some serious work ahead of me. :) Near-term plan is to spend this week building out the reporting interface and spreading the word. For #1 & #2, I'm hoping that using Dave's AARRR methodology will allow me to apply a somewhat consistent framework across a variety of startups. For #3, you're absolutely right -- it's a big problem (and I haven't even thought about it yet). So, any chance I can get you to try this on geckoboard itself? :) |
