I've been reading some Kafka this month. Issues like this article are the 21st century realisation of his pessimism. The Castle, and The Trial particularly. I wonder if there's anyone writing Kafkaesque fiction about the modern world. I'm sure it could be Googlified. Any ideas anyone? |
