Does this include JRE? I've noticed that the OpenJDK Docker Hub images and variants have a hard time releasing the latest JRE.

Oracle doesn't offer a standalone JRE anymore. Several OpenJDK distributions do (Adopt, Azul, RedHat, Debian, ...) and I assume the version 15 builds will be available soon.
