What you saw is true, but this law isn’t that. The plain language of the law banned most contractors. You can find some stuff in my comment history where I talked about this months before it was enacted. California’s behaviour is More equivalent to wanting to kill a fly on someone using a hammer. I wouldn’t call it a typical unintended consequences situation. |
