Genuinely confused about the parks and plazas comment. Is this a specific regional air pollution concern or related to covid? I thought that overall air pollution was way down, and covid dispersion outdoors was a minor concern. Where I'm at, I avoid indoor space maximally, but outdoors I am comfortable with 6 ft and a mask. |
