I can confirm. My company is a top 2,000 amazon seller (top 0.1%) and we’ve never bought or incentivized a single review. Our fake spot grade is “B” with some products getting “A” and others “D.” Most recently amazon changed their review gathering algorithm in a way that increases the percent of customers who leave reviews. The acceleration in our review velocity is flagged by fakespot as suspicious. |
