I’m not an X hater but just know you’ve given that server access to your display socket which is effectively remote command execution. In most cases this could be solved with a good web user interface, but you can rest assured X won’t be dead in the next 5-15 years, and you can use an intermediary box w/VNC if security is that much of a concern. |
