In other words, up to a third of staff want to work remote full-time. Ignoring the wishes of these people is not how one builds an inclusive workplace. Listen to them and, if granting their wish, make sure tools and processes take remote workers in consideration. It’s a far worse situation to pretend remote working is supported without proper consideration. |
