I have a cell phone on my wrist. It's about 40x40x10mm, and I can dive wearing it, as long as I don't get too crazy. Here's the trick: write the legislation, before this object is invented, which allows it to exist, while still mandating that cell phones have replaceable batteries. Can't? Great. Let's not make laws like this. |
