It's been awhile since I did work that required (super fun) export controls training sessions but I really don't think this is accurate. For certain the sanctions apply to all government and non-government entities in Iran with exemptions for a few categories. Technological goods and services are generally not exempted. As for individuals, it's way too risky. |
