Depends on what you're looking for, but "literally everything" is not available to download on clearnet, some things can only be found over p2p via groups you'll get invited to/know the right people. HTTP/HTTPS/WS/WSS is also still blocked in many places today, or otherwise tampered with, while p2p presence remains strong in those locations. |
