In Canada we have a recycling fee for computer stuff and tires for example. In some cases (tire "recycle" centre) it was found they were just dumping them. (Please somebody correct me if I remember this wrong). Gentle reminder "recycle" is the last thing to do in the "reduce, reuse, recycle". |
