Would you want to list those organization tools--if they are publicly available? I find that a lot of important nitty-gritty knowledge is dismissed as besides the point, something akin to why MIT designed the "Missing Semester" course [1]. I would have a very hard time progressing with research if I didn't find Zotero [2], for example. [1] https://missing.csail.mit.edu/
