dunno about difference between effect of daily vs monthly dosage, but 15000IU per month is newborn dosage here in Europe for first year, 1 drop per day = 500IU, so I would not worry too much about such low dosage which is insufficient for adult anyway unless you spend lot of time outside exposed to sun I'm taking 2500IU daily |
