I agree. OP, Use your cover letter to assuage potential fears of the hiring team. These could include: - show that this company is not just a temporary gap filler until you find a new CA job - provide evidence that you would stick around for morE than a few months. Outside of SV, I don’t think it is common for tenures to be as short as they are in SV. |
